This wooden summerhouse has a 30cm veranda and has a 12mm tongue and groove shiplap construction with lockable double doors. The Walton Brighton summerhouse features a 30cm deep veranda and a solid sheet floor. This Walton summerhouse also comes with styrene safety glazed windows and protective mineral felt to protect the roof. Installation is included. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base. If the fitting team deem the ground is not suitable, the installation will be aborted. Please be aware that our fitting team will not install the building onto a non Mercia specified portable base. The manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange delivery of this item when you have checked out your order.
