This large timber workshop from Walton's is a great additional space for outdoors, and works well as a work area as well as for storage purposes. The roof and floor are constructed from tongue and groove shiplap, featuring double doors that can be secured with lock and key and 6 styrene windows to give plenty of light to the interior. The apex style roof is covered in a strong mineral felt, protecting it from the elements. Installation is included requires 2 PERSON assembly. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base. If the fitting team deem the ground is not suitable, the installation will be aborted. Please be aware that our fitting team will not install the building onto a non Mercia specified portable base. The manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange delivery of this item when you have checked out your order.
