The Walton's 8' x 8' wooden summer house has tongue and groove shiplap cladding and comes with 181cm wide glazed double doors. It has a 71cm veranda and features a green mineral felt roof covering protecting the roof from rain and snow. The Walton summerhouse also features 2 full length fixed windows and a side opening window with styrene safety glazing. Shed base not included. Installation is included. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base. If the fitting team deem the ground is not suitable, the installation will be aborted. Please be aware that our fitting team will not install the building onto a non Mercia specified portable base. The manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange delivery of this item when you have checked out your order.
